Art Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in Brush Dance. We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with inspirational artists and writers in the development of card lines, journals, calendars and holiday cards. We are primarily looking for artists with a developed portfolio of pieces that complement one another with a centralized theme.

You may send laser proofs, ink jet proofs, or tear sheets. Please limit custom formats to no larger than 11 x 14". We suggest that you do not send original artwork and that you ship to us using US Mail, UPS or Fed-Ex with tracking as we generally do not confirm receipt of artwork. If you would like your work returned to you, please enclose a self-addressed return mailer with the appropriate postage attached.

We review new art on a continual basis and do our best to respond to your submissions within three months. However, in order to give proper consideration to all submissions, the delay may be longer.

We feel a deep respect and appreciation for artists and the creative process. If you have a specific format or idea for your work, please indicate this to us as well. Thank you!
