General Questions

We are interested in your opinions about our merchandise and how we might serve you better. If you have issues concerning any of our products, please be as specific as possible so we can help you quickly and accurately.

Canceling an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, e-mail us at orders@brushdance.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.

Returns

Most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To return an item, please email orders@brushdance.com before sending the return. Items cannot be returned without return authorization. Items must be returned in new sellable condition. Brush Dance will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Brush Dance is unable to accept returns on any of our calendars, date books and pocket engagement books. All sale items are final sale - no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

U.S. Territories and International Customers

We do not ship or bill orders to the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. The only countries outside of the United States that we currently ship to are Mexico and Canada. We do not accept returns on orders shipped to Mexico or Canada. All orders going to Canada and Mexico are shipped via USPS International at a flat shipping rate of $19.95.

Shipping

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Your order ships out of our Chicago area warehouse within two business days of the order being placed. Brush Dance is not responsible for adverse weather conditions that may delay the arrival of your order.

Privacy Policy & Security

We value your personal information and privacy. You can rest assured that we will never sell or rent your name, address or other personal information including your e-mail address to other companies. We use the information we collect to provide you with a better overall shopping experience with Brush Dance. Further, when you place an order or update your account information, these activities are always conducted in complete security on a fully encrypted secure server environment (SSL).

How Do We Use Your Information?

We use your information primarily to process your orders and to give you the ability to track the status of these orders. We also use your purchase information to recommend related items. We may use your e-mail address to make you aware of any special promotions or offers.
