Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call 1-800-571-2811 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.
Returns
Most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To return an item, please call 1-800-571-2811 or email orders@brushdance.com before sending the return. Items cannot be returned without return authorization. Items must be returned in new condition. Brush Dance will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Brush Dance is unable to accept returns on any of our dated products.
U.S. Territories and International Customers
We do not ship or bill orders internationally or to the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Shipping Carriers
Brush Dance ships exclusively via UPS within the continental United States. Orders going to Alaska or Hawaii ship via USPS Priority.
Shipping
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Your order ships out of our Chicago area warehouse within two business days of the order being placed.

We use the information we collect to provide you with a better overall shopping experience with Brush Dance.
