Lovely & Cheerful, but too many "holidays"!
Posted by Elizabeth on 23rd Dec 2016
I love this calendar (2nd year ordering it) because it cheers us up during the cold winter months up here in the north. It's a quality calendar with fabulous pictures and quotes.
My only complaint is the amount of holidays that clog up the spaces. It takes away from the few things I do wish to see (like main holidays, Daylight Savings Time, moon cycles, etc..). I don't really care to know when "National Fountain Pen Day" is, and would rather they leave that silly stuff out. Instead, what would be more becoming of a mindful outlet like Brush Dance, would be if they would include the major NON-Christian religious holidays (like Wiccan for example). Or tell me when Mercury goes retrograde. Surely they'd have room if they would remove the fluff about Fountain Pens and "American Diabetes Month"... Or just have major stuff that I don't need a magnifying glass to read ;)
